About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes originate in vineyards beside the Talvera River in the Bolzano area and around Ora, at elevations of 230–300 metres above sea level. The sites have deep, rich alluvial soils.
Grapes
Lagrein. Also traditionally known as Lagrein Kretzer, this Alto Adige rosé is made from grapes with deeply coloured, tannin-rich skins. Its structure allows it to be enjoyed beyond the summer season.
Vinification
The grapes are lightly and gently pressed as whole clusters immediately after picking, limiting colour extraction. Temperature-controlled fermentation follows in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees for approximately four months in stainless-steel tanks.

Latest presented vintage: 2024. Alcohol: 11.5% vol.
Tasting profile
Brilliant and clear, with a bright cherry-red colour and ruby highlights. The pronounced, fresh aroma offers wild strawberry and cherry fruit with a mineral dimension. The dry palate is medium-bodied, mouth-filling, grapey and fresh.
Serving and pairing
Pair with flavourful starters, smoked fish or white meat. Best enjoyed within one to two years.
