About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The three varieties come from organically farmed vineyards in Prissiano, Lake Caldaro and Magrè, spanning approximately 207–710 m a.s.l.
Grapes
50% Souvignier Gris, 25% Moscato Giallo and 25% Tannat.
Vinification
Souvignier Gris was pressed directly, while Moscato Giallo spent one night on its skins. The Tannat juice was racked immediately after transfer into a wooden barrel. Despite the limited extraction, Tannat provides the wine's delicate pink hue. As a Pétillant Naturel, the wine was bottled while the must was still fermenting, allowing fermentation to finish naturally in bottle.

Alcohol: 12% vol. Acidity: 5.1 g/L. Production comprised 3,066 bottles.
Tasting profile
The wine has a delicate rosé color derived from Tannat.

MUS · XXIV is a Pet-Nat within the COMETS series and has become a recurring part of the range. COMETS serves as a platform for experimentation, with labels individually finished by painting a comet tail with a fingertip.
