About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the geographical heart of Valdobbiadene, in vineyards on steep slopes among rolling hills at 300 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The wine is produced by the Charmat, or Martinotti, method, with fermentation in pressurised tanks.
Tasting profile
Elegant and smooth, with clear floral aromas. The palate is balanced and fresh, with fruit flavours and a slightly zesty edge.
