About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow in Puglia in southern Italy, where a long Mediterranean coastline, a warm climate and poor, sun-baked limestone soils shape the growing conditions.

Grapes

The proportions of Merlot and Sangiovese may vary slightly by vintage.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. The entire process takes place in steel tanks to retain freshness and energy.

Tasting profile

The palate is very soft and fresh.

Label / history

The wine is produced at the Borgo dei Mori winery, owned by Angelo Rocca e Figli.
