Vinification
The wine is produced by the Charmat method, with secondary fermentation in large sealed tanks followed by bottling under pressure. This process preserves the grape’s distinctive, elegant aroma.
Tasting profile
Balanced in character, with aromas of pear, peach and tropical fruit. The palate is soft.
