About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on volcanic soils and alluvial terraces containing marine deposits. The vines are farmed using organic methods.
Vinification
Made by the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Sulfur dioxide is limited to no more than 20 mg/l.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for at least 40 months.
Tasting profile
Clear Nebbiolo character, with a vibrant palate and notes of rose and red fruit.
