About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Nebbiolo comes from the Osso San Grato vineyard, where the vines were planted in 1960 on volcanic soils.

Vinification

Made according to natural-wine principles, the grapes are harvested in mid-October and gently pressed. The must macerates on the skins for about 15 days while fermenting with native yeasts.

Ageing

The wine matures for 36 months in large oak casks, followed by further maturation in bottle.

Tasting profile

The volcanic soils impart notable purity and minerality.
