About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown at an altitude of 600 m on a hillside near Alcamo in the Marsala region.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the grapes are chilled and transferred to stainless-steel tanks, where they undergo a slow, cool fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly on its fine lees in stainless-steel vats.
