Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Pavia, northern Italy.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested in early September, crushed and macerated for 12 hours at low temperature. They are then gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
The nose is fruity. The palate is delicate and elegant.
