About this wine
Vinification
The Cortese grapes are harvested between 10 and 20 September and sorted before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless-steel tanks for four months, followed by two months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Bright and refreshing, with notes of lemon, ripe apple and pear complemented by a mineral character.
