About this wine

Grapes

A blend of different grape varieties, with Dolcetto making up 85%. The other varieties are not named.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested in late September. Each variety is macerated and fermented separately for 6 days at 25 °C, and the wines are then blended.

Ageing

The blend ages for 4 months in steel tanks, followed by another 2 months in the cellar after bottling. Over these 6 months the wine opens up and develops a layered aroma.

Tasting profile

Fruity and elegant, with a layered aroma.
