About this wine

Grapes

Vinification

The grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless-steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at approximately 25°C to retain the fruity and floral expression. After racking, the wine completes malolactic fermentation and matures before bottling.

Technical data

Tasting profile

Ruby red. The bouquet combines intense fresh-fruit aromas with floral nuances, recalling cherries, strawberries, grapefruit and violets. The palate is fresh and pleasantly rounded, yet well structured, soft and harmonious.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 18°C with pasta, white or red meats, and cheeses. Best enjoyed young to emphasize its freshness.
