Grapes

Sangiovese accounts for 80% of the blend, complemented by Colorino, Ciliegiolo and Merlot.

Vinification

Fermentation and skin maceration last 3–5 weeks.

Ageing

The wine matures for 24 months in barrels of different sizes and French oak barriques.
