About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the hills of Salento, on mineral-rich clay-limestone soils, which give the wine natural depth and a subtle mineral character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed, then vinified by gentle methods. Maceration and fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages on the fine lees, which gives it a more focused, balanced and smooth character.
