About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the hilly areas of Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested at ideal ripeness, placed in small crates and dried in dry, well-ventilated rooms. Once partially dried, they are pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless steel vats, followed by a short period of bottle ageing before release.
