About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on hillside sites with low yields, organic farming methods, varied soil textures and a range of microclimates.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at night to preserve their character. The bunches are kept whole and undergo no skin maceration before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel tanks in a cool place.
