About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Barbera grapes grow in the hills of the provinces of Asti and Alessandria, in limestone, clay and sandy soils.
Vinification
The wine is made by the traditional method for dry reds.
Ageing
It rests on fine lees for about 3 months.

A fresh, dry red.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with cured meats, flavourful soups, pasta and rice dishes, boiled or roasted meats and a variety of cheeses.
Label / history
The wine is made by Balbi Soprani, a Piedmont producer of still and sparkling wines run by the Capetta family. In Italy its wines are sold exclusively in restaurants and wine bars.
