About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo grows near Barbaresco, Neive and Treiso, small historic villages in the Langhe, in the province of Cuneo. Nebbiolo is especially sensitive to local climate conditions, which gives this wine a character that differs greatly from wines made with the same grape grown elsewhere.
Vinification
Made by the traditional method for dry red wines.
Ageing
Aged for at least 26 months in total, including 9 months in oak barrels.
Tasting profile
An elegant dry red.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with refined dishes, roast meat, game and mature cheeses. Decanting for an hour before serving is recommended.

Produced by Balbi Soprani, a Piedmont house belonging to the Capetta family. In Italy its wines are available exclusively in restaurants and wine bars.
