Label / history
Arneis means "little rascal" in Italian, a name taken from the grape's temperamental nature. Its local nickname is Barolo Bianco. The text calls it, with Nebbiolo and Cortese, one of Piedmont's signature varieties. The wine comes from Balbi Soprani, a brand run by the Capetta family. In Italy the estate's wines are sold only in restaurants and wine bars.
