Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in southern Piedmont, where the soils consist of limestone and clay with a small proportion of sand.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature.
