About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards cover approximately 2 ha in the province of Macerata, at 180 m above sea level. They have a north-eastern exposure and a planting density of 3,600 vines/ha.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in early September. Whole grapes undergo cold maceration for at least 12 hours, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled low temperature.
