Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Bardolino area. The vineyards benefit from a mild Mediterranean climate and clay soils, producing grapes with balanced sweetness and acidity and vivid fruit and spice notes.
Grapes
The blend is nominally 60% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella and 10% Molinara, although the proportions may vary. Corvina Veronese must account for at least 50% of the blend.
Tasting profile
Fresh, lively and aromatic, with fragrant wild-berry notes. Corvina Veronese contributes acidity, depth and bright cherry notes; Rondinella adds herbal aromas, while Molinara brings further freshness and gentle tannins.
