About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie on the fertile, mineral-rich hills of Valdobbiadene.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand between 15 and 30 September. After gentle pressing, primary fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation lasts 25–30 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for 1–3 months after secondary fermentation.
Tasting profile
A light fruity aroma leads to an elegant, clean and well-balanced palate.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with vegetable soups or roasted white meat.
Label / history
The Roman numeral II on the bottle identifies the wine as the second of four in the “Tradizionali” range.
