About this wine
Vinification
Harvested grapes are placed in stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of about 16 °C for approximately 30–40 days. When the intended pressure, alcohol and residual sugar levels are reached, the wine is cooled, cold-stabilized at −2 °C, filtered and checked before bottling.

Label / history
The bottle design combines references to fine jewellery and sparkling Prosecco. The name “Brilla” joins elements of “Brilliant” and “Glera”, while the exclamation mark emphasizes the contents. Its textured glass evokes diamond cutting, particularly the pear cut associated with fine jewellery and high-grade diamonds.
