About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Greco vines grow in the commune of Tufo, in the province of Avellino, on mineral-rich soils of volcanic origin. The vineyards occupy south-facing slopes at 500 metres above sea level and are planted with 20-year-old vines.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late October and fermented.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless-steel tanks. Young Greco wines have high acidity and develop greater balance in their second year.

Label / history
“Lapilli” is a Campanian wine range named after the volcanic stones that cover vineyard soils in the mountains of southern Italy. The range is made from traditional local white and red grape varieties.
