Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early September. Traditional white-wine vinification includes alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20–25 °C, followed by stabilization.
Ageing
The wine is aged in steel tanks.
