About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow in Abruzzo, in sandy and gravelly soils containing some clay.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested at full ripeness in the first half of September and destemmed at the winery. The pulp is separated from the skins to avoid the rusty hue characteristic of Pinot Grigio. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats at 16–18 °C for 8–12 days.

Ageing

Before bottling, the wine rests in steel tanks at 18–20 °C for around three months.
