About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in the Rubicone region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness between late September and early October. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 10–15 days at a controlled temperature of 15–17 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in steel tanks at 18–20 °C before bottling.
