Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. The juice undergoes alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is stabilized and stored in the same temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Label / history
“Piccola Italia” means “Little Italy” in Italian.
