The grapes are grown in Italy.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. The juice undergoes alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, after which the wine is stabilized.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks until bottling.
Label / history
“Piccola Italia” means “Little Italy” in Italian.
