About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown as naturally as possible.
Vinification
Made as a natural wine with minimal intervention. The grapes are harvested by hand and taken to the winery. The must undergoes partial carbonic maceration, with 50% whole berries and 50% crushed grapes. The wine is neither filtered nor fined, and no stabilizers or flavorings are added.
Ageing
Classified as an ordinary wine (vino rosso), it is released without ageing.
Label / history
Vinorosso began as a bold experiment by the winemaker, Alberto Burzi.
