About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on the southern shore of Lake Garda, in limestone-clay, silty and sandy soils. The climate is mild and maritime, which allows the healthy, fully ripe grapes to be harvested late.
Vinification
The grapes undergo a long maceration and a controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages 14 months in barriques, followed by 10 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Ruby-red, with a spicy aroma and rich flavour. The wine is deep and balanced, with rich fruit flavours and a velvety texture.

Suited to meat dishes.
