About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow near Lake Garda, in soils rich in limestone and clay, which help preserve freshness and give the wine extra character.

Grapes

The blend is layered: some varieties bring freshness and vibrant berry notes, while others add structure and a touch of spice.

Vinification

The juice spends a short time in contact with the skins before fermentation, which gives the delicate pink colour and a more complex aroma.

Ageing

After fermentation the wine rests for 6 months on the fine lees in steel tanks, then a further 2 months in bottle, which gives a softer, more harmonious texture.

Tasting profile

Elegant and expressive, with a delicate balance of freshness, berry fruit and gentle spice. Wild cherry, red berries and fresh herbs unfold gradually on the palate, supported by lively acidity and a soft texture. It feels light from the first sip, then reveals a deeper character that makes it especially food-friendly.
