About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Syrah is grown biodynamically in a very small vineyard.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration after fermentation and ageing.
Ageing
The wine matures for 2.5 years in large oak casks.
Tasting profile
Elegant and mature, with intense fruit aromas and a balanced, complex palate.
Label / history
Annual production does not exceed 3,000 bottles.
