About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in sandy clay soils rich in limestone.
Grapes
A blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the grapes ferment on their skins in stainless-steel tanks at 25–26 °C for 10–12 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barrels for six months, followed by four months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Delicate and well-balanced, with a bright, fruity aroma and subtle flavour.
