About this wine
Vinification
Carefully selected grapes are crushed and macerated at low temperature for one day. The clear must is transferred to stainless-steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation at no more than 17 °C. After one month, the best batches are selected and blended. The wine is bottled without clarification or filtration.

Fresh and soft, with delicate herbal and spicy aromas and a balanced, lingering palate.
