The grapes grow on the southern slopes around Lake Garda. The text names the grape as Trebbiano di Lugana.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and gently pressed. The must ferments at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
A short period in stainless steel tanks follows fermentation.
