Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the high, pebble-strewn hills of Poggio del Sasso.
Grapes
Bunches were carefully selected.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand. The must underwent skin maceration and fermentation for 8–10 days at a controlled 28–30 °C, with frequent pump-overs.

Bold and youthful, with an expressive character.
