About this wine
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese, harvested and selected by hand.
Vinification: destemming and soft crushing, followed by 10–15 days of fermentation in stainless steel at approximately 24°C.
Aging: approximately six months in stainless steel.
Vintage: 2022. Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Aging potential: 4–5 years.
