About this wine
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese from vineyards in the four quadrants of Montalcino.
Vinification: selected grapes are destemmed and softly crushed, then fermented in stainless steel with controlled pump-overs.
Aging: at least two years in 5,500 L Slavonian-oak casks, followed by bottle maturation.
