Produced from organically cultivated vineyards situated on the highest hillsides of Valpolicella Classica. The wine is conceived around the estate's principles of tradition and sustainable viticulture.
Grapes
Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.
Tasting profile
Ruby red with purple nuances. Its aromatic profile combines red fruits with vinous and spicy notes. The palate is dry, warm and medium-bodied, with a velvety texture and well-balanced tannins.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18 °C. Pair with pasta dishes, cold cuts and medium-matured cheeses.
