About this wine
Vinification: spontaneous fermentation without added yeasts at a maximum of 26–28°C; ten days of maceration in stainless steel.
Aging: stainless steel; bottled during the year after harvest.
Characteristics: deep ruby with violet reflections, ripe red fruit and a juicy palate.
