About this wine
Vinification: spontaneous temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel until residual sugar reaches approximately 90–100 g/L. Filtered and bottled in December.
Characteristics: straw yellow; floral Moscato aromas; fresh and sweet palate.
Bottle-aging capacity: five years.
