About this wine
Vineyard altitude: 320–340 m. Soil: clay with stones. Vine age: 15–40 years.
Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 26–28°C and about 10 days of maceration in stainless steel.
Aging: 30 months in 30, 40 and 60 hl Slavonian-oak casks.
Characteristics: intense ruby with garnet reflections; violet and lavender; integrated silky tannins and fresh mineral acidity.
Production for 2020: 45,200 bottles of 0.75 L and 300 magnums.
