About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Monteaperti vineyard, at an altitude of 230 m.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and fermented at the winery at a controlled temperature of 28–30 °C, with 15 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures for eight months in barriques, followed by three months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Elegant and very well balanced.
Label / history
Annual production is 20,000 bottles.
