About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are organic and come from the highest hill of the Caruso & Minini vineyards, a choice made to bring out the wine's freshness and aromatic character.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and cryomacerated in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 4 °C for 4–12 hours. After gentle pressing and static settling of the must, fermentation takes place at a controlled 16 °C in oak and acacia barrels, which give the wine more body and a subtle woody note.
Ageing
The wine is aged on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, with bâtonnage twice a day. After bottling it rests a further 2 months in the winery's cellars.
Tasting profile
Fresh, with a marked aromatic character and a subtle woody note.
Vintage notes
The 2022 vintage won a silver medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in 2023.

The label shows small sorrel flowers, a symbol of biodiversity in the Caruso & Minini vineyards.
