About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay is grown according to organic and biodynamic farming principles in vineyards at 100 m above sea level, on stony soils of limestone and gravel.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed and gently pressed, then macerated on the skins for three days. Fermentation proceeds naturally with native yeasts and without temperature control.
Ageing
The wine ages in amphorae for eight months.
