About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 100 metres above sea level on stony soils of limestone and gravel. Farming follows organic and biodynamic principles.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then destemmed, gently pressed and macerated on the skins. Fermentation is natural, with native yeasts and without temperature control.
Ageing
The wine ages for 8 months in amphorae.
