About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from estate vineyard plots in Montalcino.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and carefully sorted. Maceration and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts take place over 18 days in temperature-controlled conical steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for approximately 15 months in French oak barrels, softening the tannins and rounding the palate while preserving the fruit's clarity and freshness.
Tasting profile
Fresh and expressive, with bright red cherry, wild berries, delicate floral notes and spice. The palate is lively and balanced, with soft tannins.

Pairs well with Tuscan dishes.
