About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the "15" vineyard in the Bassa Atesina region. The vines grow in sandy, gravelly soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed, then fermented in steel vats at a low temperature to preserve freshness and fruit aromas.
Ageing
The wine matures for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
Tasting profile
Fresh and lively, with bright acidity and a clean fruit character. The nose and palate show green apple, pear and citrus, with a delicate mineral touch.

Pairs with light appetizers, seafood salad and fresh pasta.
